テリー・プラチェット（Terry Pratchett）、本名サー・テレンス・デイヴィッド・ジョン・プラチェット OBE（Sir Terence David John Pratchett OBE, 1948年4月28日 - 2015年3月12日）はイングランドのSF作家・ファンタジー作家。
