子どもの症例が多い、これまでの報告では、▽血小板減少性紫斑病は３０００人に１人、▽脳炎は５０００人に１人とされていて、今回の都のデータはそれぞれ１０倍以上高くなっています。

だから被曝によって内出血するっていうのがこの丸です。
そうすると、脱毛と紫斑はほとんど重なっていますね。
で、こういうふうに距離とともに変わって同じように行くという事を
「被曝の影響で無い」というのは難しいですよね。
とこ度が（原文ママ）下痢の方はですね、
爆心地に近いこの三角印は発症率が、脱毛や紫斑などはほぼ１００％に近いんですけど、下痢は３０％ぐらい。
そして爆心地から１．何キロぐらいか超えると、今度は下痢の発症率の方が上がるわけです。

子どもの甲状腺検査結果と同じように、福島は時間的にも、その規模も、チェルノブイリを越えている。
＞男性と女性の除染作業者の一次的な疾患は、高血圧、急性心臓麻痺（突然死？）、脳血管障害（脳卒中は、ここに入る）、手足のアテローム性動脈硬化。それらは、若い世代を含めて１９９３年から２００３年にかけて（福島がチェルノブイリを質、量ともに上回っている）目だって増加した。

The primary morbidity of both male
and female liquidators was high blood pressure,
acute heart attacks, cerebrovascular diseases,
and atherosclerosis in of the arms and legs,
which increased significantly in 1993–2003, including
in the young working group (National
Belarussian Report, 2006).

＞汚染されたヴォロネジ地域に住む除染作業者たちは、脳卒中の数と虚血性心疾患にかかるケースにおいて、対照群と異なっていた。

The liquidators living in contaminated territories

＞脳血液循環障害は、１９８６～１９８７年に診察を受けた除染作業者の大部分で発見された。そのようなケースは増加して行った。
これらの変化は、主に小動脈と細動脈の疾患によるものである。
そして、若い除染作業者に頻発した。
脳血液循環障害は、しばしば循環不全性脳炎と定義される。
それは、中枢神経系の機能と組織の破壊に至る慢性的脳血管病である。

These changes occur

the brain among liquidators is sometimes defined
as dyscirculatory encephalopathy (DCE),
a chronic cerebral vascular pathology leading
to functional and organic destruction of the
central nervous system.
