パセドーは自己免疫性の甲状腺疾患で、しばしば甲状腺癌にかかると随伴する。
全摘出が必要って、本当は甲状腺癌じゃないか？

パセドー病は普通は投薬だよ
少し深刻だと、ヨウ素治療を行う
パセドーで甲状腺摘出手術なんてめったにやらないよ
ちなみに、自己免疫性疾患の患者の甲状腺がん有病率は極めて高い
というより、因果関係が逆で、甲状腺癌の患者の多くは自己免疫性疾患（パセドーなど）を伴うことが多い
チェルノブイリでも癌患者の多くが自己免疫性疾患にかかっていた
