放射性セシウム汚染が継続している汚泥焼却灰、横浜では港湾関係者や市民の反対により埋立てが止まり保管中だが、これをコンクリートの骨材として民間会社が引き取って製品化、市場に出す事になった。
一日10トンを南部下水汚泥センターから運び出す。

これをコンクリート原料の一部として希釈するので製品としてはクリアランスレベル（100Bq）以下になり安全という。

と聞くと「それは言えない」と担当者。

本当に安全なら、受託会社名も汚泥焼却灰から製造されるコンクリートの製品名も公表すべきですね。
「風評でこの事業が止まると困る」との事ですが、安全に関して消費者が判断できる情報を出さずにこういう事すると、逆に業界全体が困らないでしょうか？

コンクリ製造業者は、材料も処理費用も市から貰って製品化し、これを市場で販売。
公金で行われる事ですから会社名を伏せてはおけないはずです。

「埋立てもダメだしコンクリ化もダメ、じゃあどうしろと」
放射性物質を希釈、拡散すれば、環境中にバラまかれ管理が困難になるばかりです。
集中、減容→封じ込め・厳重管理、が基本。
8,000Bq超にして法に基づく管理をすべきと思います。
