日本政府の援助は「非軍事」だったが、アルジャジーラ等は、Japan pledges $200m to combat ISIL（日本がイスラム国と闘うために２億ドル拠出を表明）との見出しで報道した。もっとも、日本政府は、使途はチェックで（き）ないし、あくまで「名目」だけなのかもしれない。
