As of 8:45 p.m., KBS, South Korea's public broadcaster, predicts that ruling Saenuri Party presidential candidate Park Geun-hae is likely to win the race with 51-point-six to 53-point-six percent of the votes against her rival, Moon Jae-in of the main opposition Democratic United Party. KBS predicts Moon will garner 46 to 47-point-nine percent of the votes.
