In Thika, commercial sex workers are coming out to demand attention in the war on HIV. The group says it stands a huge risk and needs to be protected. Medical experts say the no HIV policy will succeed without recognition of vulnerable groups such as the sex workers. NTV's Rose Wangui reports.
